Goods supplied will be invoiced at prices ruling on the day of delivery.
 
Prices are subject to change without notice.
 
Prices are exclusive of GST.
 
Prices are quoted on an ‘ex-store, at owners risk basis’.
 
Client is responsible for arranging own transportation of goods from store.
 
Transport company engaged by client is to give Fertco office minimum of 24 hours notice prior to collection of goods.
 
Fertco does not guarantee delivery or accept any delay owing to freight of other difficulties beyond its control.
 
Fertco, at its absolute discretion may deliver up to 5% more or less of the amount specified for delivery subject only to an appropriate adjustment to the price payable.
 
Goods supplied by the seller shall be at the buyers risk immediately on delivery into the buyer’s custody (including transport companies if buyer so chooses to employ a third party to ship goods).
 
Fertco must be notified in writing within 7 days after the receipt of the goods should any claim to reject the goods or to claim damages on the grounds that the goods do not conform to the description to which they were sold.
 
Fertco accepts no responsibility where the delivery of goods within any agreed time is prevented or hindered by reason of delays in manufacture or transportation or other circumstances beyond reasonable control of Fertco. 
 
I/we authorise Fertco to obtain from any credit reporting agency, a credit report concerning my/our credit information for the purposes of determining whether to provide goods on credit.
 
I/we agree to pay this account by the 20th of the month following the date of the invoice, unless previously agreed in writing by Fertco management.
 
Fertco reserves the right to charge interest of 2% on all accounts that remain unpaid after 30 days.
 
In the case of unpaid accounts I/we acknowledge that the above information will be passed onto an appointed agency for debt recovery.
 
I/we agree to pay on demand all collection costs and solicitor’s fees, charges and/or costs and enforcement costs incurred or expended in recovering monies owed.
 
I/we agree that Fertco reserves the right to withdraw credit at any time.
 
I/we agree that Fertco reserves the right to make immediate formal demand of all monies owing to Fertco on any account should there be any default in payment to Fertco.
